Withdraw to Bank – FAQ

This service enables Payoneer users to withdraw funds from their Payoneer account to their bank account.
To check if the service is supported for your country, please click here. Please note that this service is subject to availability.

You will receive an email notification when your new bank details for withdrawal are approved.

This means that the card or currency balance cannot be used for making a withdrawal. Please select a different card or currency balance.

Withdrawal options can vary according to country of residence, currency type, etc. Try withdrawing funds from a different card/currency balance or to a different bank.

The amount you can withdraw depends on the following:

  1. Your available balance
  2. Your minimum withdrawal amount per transaction

These details are unique to each Payoneer user and are clearly displayed beneath the withdrawal amount field.

Click Add new on the withdrawal page and follow the on-screen instructions. You can add a maximum of 3 bank accounts.

If you are based in India, you will only be able to have one active bank account at any given time. For information on how to change or edit your current bank account details please click here.

The funds will reach your bank account 2-5 business days after receiving your withdrawal confirmation email.

You can download the Transfer Confirmation statement from your online account. Please, log in to your account. Once you have logged in, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Transactions” tab in your account
  2. Locate the withdrawal which is late in the list of transactions
  3. Click the paper icon to the right of the withdrawal details
  4. In the Transaction Details which open, choose “Get Confirmation

This confirmation could help your bank investigate the status of this withdrawal. In addition, on the transfer confirmation, you can see the bank account details we have on file.

If the bank account details are incorrect, the transfer will be rejected by the bank, and you will see the credit in your account when it is returned. This process may take up to 14 business days.

How do I withdraw money?

Want to withdraw funds from your account? No problem! Customers may withdraw funds from their eToro account at any time. Funds can be withdrawn up to the value of the balance of your eToro account, minus the amount of margin used.

Funds are withdrawn using the same method, and sent to the same account, as previously used for your deposit. Payment will be made in the following order of priority:

How can I cancel my withdrawal?

To cancel your withdrawal request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your trading account and click on the “Withdraw Funds” tab
  2. A pop-up message will appear. Use the “click here” link to view your withdrawal history
  3. Click on the “Reverse” button
  4. Confirm that you wish to cancel the request
  5. All funds, including withdrawal fees, will be immediately returned to your account balance

Please note that if your transaction status is “In Process” you will be unable to cancel via the platform. In this case, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

What conditions are required to open a withdrawal request?

Yes, withdrawal requests are subject to a withdrawal processing fee. You will see the actual withdrawal fee in the Cashier after you have entered the withdrawal amount; at this point you can still call a halt to the request.

What should I do if my funds do not appear in my account?

  1. Click on the portfolio tab, then on the history tab, to see via which payment method your funds were sent. Alternatively you can check the email you received in relation to the processing of your withdrawal, which will specify the payment method to which the funds were sent and the date processed.
  2. Take into consideration that from the time we process your withdrawal, it can take up to 8 business days for the funds to appear in your account statement.
  3. If everything above was checked and you still cannot find the funds, please contact us. We will request you provide us with a payment method statement showing the incoming and outgoing transactions, from the time the withdrawal was processed, until the time you contacted us. Please make sure we can see your name, the transaction dates and the payment method details.

How do I withdraw my funds?

Any IF ISA funds will be available under the ‘IFISA’ section of your portfolio. Note that you may lose the tax-wrapper if you withdraw funds. If you are unsure, please Contact the team.

Although any withdrawn funds will show as unavailable immediately, it could take up to 10 days to reach your bank account.

If you do not see the ‘Withdraw funds’ button on your portfolio dashboard, please Message the Simple Crowdfunding team (from your portfolio dashboard) to ask for a withdrawal. This occasionally happens as we have certain rules in place for cash withdrawal. This is nothing to be concerned about.

You can withdraw funds from your Amazon account at any time. Transfers can be made to a verified bank account.

Withdraw funds from your Amazon account

  1. Go to Amazon Pay, click Shoppers, and then sign in using your Amazon credentials.
  2. Click Withdraw Funds.
  3. Choose a bank account.
  4. Enter the amount to transfer to your bank account.
  5. Click Continue.
